About Oea Healthcare
Oea Healthcare is the clinical pharmacy services arm of Oea Enterprise Group. Built to give GP practices, PCNs and care homes access to clinical pharmacist expertise without the overhead of direct recruitment, we recognise and promote clinical pharmacist roles in primary care.
Primary care is under pressure. Clinical pharmacy capacity shouldn't be the bottleneck.
GP practices and PCNs across England are being asked to manage growing medicines-related workload - from structured medication reviews to ARRS workforce planning - often without the in-house clinical capacity to do it well. Oea Healthcare exists to close that gap: supplying GPhC-regulated pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who integrate into existing teams rather than sitting alongside them.
We work with individual GP practices, multi-practice PCNs, and care home groups, scoping every engagement around real patient list size, caseload complexity and available funding routes, including ARRS.
